Origination, Analisys, Structuring, Closing, Management & Exit

Assets Analysis

Visit to the property, analysis of location and, in the case of leased assets, analysis of contracts and the credit quality of the tenants.

Market Analysis

Analysis of the local market (demographic trends, competition, socio-economic parameters) and identification and comparison with other properties for rent and sale.

Feasibility and Business Plan

Investment Strategy and Business Plan by asset. Anticipated objective returns on investment and period of holding the property in the portfolio.

Closing of Operations

Negotiation, structuring, financing and closing operations.


Implementation of the investment structure. Active management of assets, seeking to maximize returns and leading the divestment process. We benefit from our exclusivity agreement with LaFinca and we have aswell agreements with specific local operators.

In 2018, a new management company started up with acquaintances from the real estate sector, Andrés Benito and Ginés Navarro, professional colleagues who have coincided in their last professional stage as well as their friendship, launched a new project after 20 years of professional career, much of it linked to Sareb (Sociedad de Activos Procedentes de la restructuracón Banacaria) and to Real Estate investment and asset management companies.


Highly experienced team with superior track record

Ginés Navarro

Mr. Ginés Navarro has more than 10 years of experience at the investment sector.

From 2013 until 2018, before deciding to create the ADMARA, he was Investment Manager and Head of Asset Management on the Work In Progress Portfolio Assets at Sareb (Asset Management Company for Assets Arising from Bank Restructuring).

Prior to joining Sareb Bank, Mr. Navarro was Investment Manager at BAA (Heathrow airport) after being member of Ferrovial graduate programme.

Mr. Navarro received BSc in Architecture from Technical University of Madrid (ETSAM) and holds an MBA from IESE business School.

Andrés Benito

Mr. Andrés Benito has joined Admara Capital in Nov 2019 coming from SAREB (Asset Management Company for Assets Arising from Bank Restructuring), where he was Head of Value Added Assets from Feb 2013. At Admara Capital he manages the investment and the asset management activity.

Between 2004 and 2013, Mr. Benito was the Managing Director of Myramar and Inm.Echeverría, two leading Real Estate companies based in Malaga. Prior to that, he worked for Arthur Andersen Real Estate team in Madrid during several years.

Mr Andrés Benito holds a Bachelor´s Degree and a Master of Science from ICAI (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas), he also holds an MBA from IESE Business School. Additionally, he has participated as a professor in COAM, IPE and others.


Guillermo Moreno

Guillermo Moreno joined Admara in May 2022 as Head of Asset Management, after extensive experience both in Spain and in other international markets.

Previously, he was in charge of the Investment and Asset Management Department at Acciona Inmobiliaria, both in Mexico and in the LATAM region. In addition to participating in multiple real estate operations in different sectors with funds and developers, he has managed the development of various portfolios of real estate projects in different stages of progress.

Guillermo is an Architect from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and later completed the EMBA from IE Business School, in Madrid.

Inmaculada Cervantes

Inmaculada Cervantes joined Admara in October 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, after her extensive experience in the Real Estate sector.

She has developed her professional career in Inmobiliaria Echeverría, performing financial and asset management functions and participating in the different stages of real estate development.

Inmaculada has a degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Malaga and later completed the EMBA at ESIC business marketing school.
