This is what the new luxury homes of Admara and Be Grand look like in Chamberí
NEW LUXURY DEVELOPMENT IN CHAMBERÍ: The building acquired by Admara and Be Grand is located at number 11 on Juan de Austria street, in the Madrid district of Chamberí, and has a surface area of more than 2,000 square metres spread over five floors. In addition to around twenty exclusive homes, they will have common areas including a gym, a coworking space and a sports bar.
The Spanish property manager and the Mexican group have already completed seven joint luxury projects in Madrid and Malaga. The latest purchase was in the Trafalgar neighbourhood to launch 20 premium homes.
The Spanish property manager Admara, with capital from family offices and national investors, together with the Mexican group Be Grand, are strengthening their position in the high-end Madrid residential market.
The partners, who began their alliance a long time ago, have already joined forces to create a new luxury property.
